1/6 WONDER WOMAN (Training Armor Version) from Hot Toys

In tandem with the launch of the WONDER WOMAN feature film - starring Gal Gadot - Hot Toys had announced their latest 1/6th-scaled incarnation of the Amazonian Princess, with the TRAINING ARMOR VERSION of WONDER WOMAN!

Stands approximately 29cm tall, featuring 17 points of articulation, the figure showcases a head sculpt by Lee So Young, head painted by JC.Hong and E-Lee (Head Art directed by JC.Hong). Currently open for “pre-orders” (*check in with your fav retailer for pricing), with a Q1 – Q2, 2018 availability.

1/6 & Cosbaby - Suicide Squad by Hot Toys @ #SDCC2016

When Hot Toys announced the "Suicide Squad" in 1/6th-scale line, and the reveal of The Joker (Arkham Asylum Version), little did it prepare for us (well, at the very least "ME") the onslaught of collectibles currently on show at the annual San Diego Comic Con 2016 (July 20-24)!

Featured below are snaps of the Suicide Squad display arena, featuring 3 versions of Jared Leto's JOKER (with one flanked on both sides by his henchmen), a yummy looking HARLEY QUINN, a "gas-masked" BATMAN (in all-black/dark-grey), an unmasked DEADSHOT, and a very interesting JOKER DISGUISED AS BATMAN!

Would these be a spoiler for the feature film itself? I don't really care at this point, and just enjoy the toy eye-candy!

Amid "ridicule" and jokes about "Fat-Man" (predominantly via online forums and heckling on HT's Facebook :p), Hot Toys has since updated their 1/6th-scaled Batman from "Batman v Superman" into this NEW finely svelte worked-out body with more defined abs!

HOT TOYS PRESS: "Hot Toys has been further refining the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice 1/6th scale Batman collectible figure prototype and now features an all-new muscular body and newly tailored Batsuit that accurately capture the strong muscle tone of Batman!"

1/6 Wonder Woman by Hot Toys (for #BatmanvSuperman: #DawnofJustice)

Just earlier today, my buddy Noval (who has a Supergirl print with me, purchasable here - just saying') shared on Facebook an image of actress Gal Gadot dressed as Wonder Woman for BvS (seen bottom of post), and I was wondering why this gorgeousness has not been made into a 1/6th figure by Hot Toys, as her compatriots have been … then low and behold, SHE IS!

Joining Superman and Batman, is Wonder Woman in 1/6th-scale, from Hot Toys!

Now, this is far from "perfect", but tis the better looking collectible out there (although Mattel's Barbie looks pretty decent methinks - pretty but not "Gal"-pretty), IMHO. Folks are to check in with your fav retailer(s) for pricing and availability.

Now if they offered a 1/1-scale version of this ala Batman, things might take on a different dimension of desire, methinks!
